Rights

On July 1, 2008 permission was granted for the LMA:

"Hi to all at etree,

Haakon's Fault is a rock/jazz/funk septet from the New York area (the band consists of Doug Berns, JJ Lindenthal, Mike Serman, Davy Levitan, Zak Koeber, and Milez Arntzen; managers are Noah Plotnicki and Gideon Plotnicki, and all can be reached at Haakonsfault@gmail.com). We have recently begun recording our live performances and would like to also start posting them in the live music arhcive. At this point, the band will probably be the only ones recording their shows, but anyone who records our shows is welcome to post their recordings on the archive. We're really psyched to get our music out there and just want to give it as much exposure as possible, so the sky's the limit! My one question is whether we can change our taping policy in the future, or will this position be set in stone?

Thanks and let us know when we can start posting,

- Haakon's Fault"
